Delta Airlines

EcoQuest has a contract with Delta Airlines, which provides for a 10% discount off their lowest fare (excluding L, K, & U classes) when tickets are purchased at least 30 days before travel, and a 5% discount if purchased less than 30 days.

To receive this discount you have two options:

1. Call EcoQuest Travel at 800-823-1750. One of the 5 professional Travel Agents will assist you and not only quote the itinerary and fare for Delta Airlines, but will check all airlines. Sometimes other carriers will have lower fares and EcoQuest Travel will be your best resource for obtaining both the lowest fare, as well as the best schedule to fit your needs. EcoQuest Travel receives no compensation from the airlines. EcoQuest Travel charges a $35 service fee per ticket for researching and issuing airline tickets. All EcoQuest dealers receive 18 PV for each airline ticket purchase.

2. Call the Delta Airlines Meeting Network department directly at 1-800-241-6760. Give the Delta agent Meeting Code #DMN 201481A . There is no service charge by going directly to Delta.

Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines is the nations leading low fare carrier. For those flying from the West Coast, Southwest Airlines is typically the least-expensive option. The closest airport to Greeneville, Tennessee, which is served by Southwest, is Nashville, Tennessee. We recommend flying from the West Coast into Nashville, and renting a car from Enterprise Rent-a-Car (see rental car section for deeply discounted rates). The Nashville Airport is 240 miles from Greeneville, or approximately 3.5 hours. The drive is beautiful and it is nearly all interstate highway (I-40 east to I-81 north). Many of Southwest’s flights from the West Coast into Nashville are non-stop and many flights are $99 each way.
